Noor got the attention of reviewers on the first weekend when it opened up and it got dull response from both the audience and the critics. The audience is not showing much of an interest in watching the movie. The center of the movie talks about journalism and how it affects the mainstream people reading about it and gaining insight into whatever subject the author is talking about. However, this movie presents a confusing storytelling and peeps into journalism in another way which is not entirely false. Maybe that’s why it failed to get the good reviews and critics from people watching the movie. This explains the box office collection of the same. Once word is spread that the movie isn’t good in the opening weekend, the producers won’t be expecting a whole lot of people to go and watch the movie.

Overall,  having a poor box office opening from the weekend and not matching up to people’s expectations, the movie is a flop.
