Fast & Furious 8 7th day collection

The latest installment of Fast & Furious 8 won hearts of the audience all over the world. The film opened to a great business in India and collected 5 crore net on Monday, the numbers have seen a drastic drop considering a decent weekend graph at the ticket window. It stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell, Scott Eastwood, Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren. The plot of the movie revolves around a mysterious hacker Cipher (Charlize Theron) who tries to seduce Dom (Vin Diesel) to an underworld terrorism world.

The movie has already entered the 50 crore club at Indian box office with it’s 4-days extended opening weekend. However, the prequel, Fast 7 grossed a lot more than it’s sequel when it came out in India, in fact, it’s one of the highest-grossing Hollywood movies to ever release in the country behind The Avengers, The Jungle Book and Furious 7. Fast 8 is racking up money when it comes to satisfying die-hard fans of the franchise.

Box Office collection for Furious 8:

Fast 8 hit the silver screens all across the country on April 14th and bagged an incredible amount of Rs. 10.50 crores on the opening day itself. Strategically released during the Good Friday-Easter weekend so they rack up their box office collection. On Sunday (April 16th)  with the highest occupancy of the weekend, The Fate Of The Furious team garnered the business of 12.50 crores and made its 4-days opening weekend total as 52 crores with a net gross amount of 69.35 crores gross. On the fourth day (April 17th), the sales dropped with the collection racking up to 5.5 crores. On April 18th, being a weekday the crew still managed to bag 5.3 crores and on April 19th they collected 5 crores. And on the 20th, it’s going to mark their one week since launch date and will probably settle down at 4.5-5 crores being a weekday.
